Coffee Loaf Cake, this cake tasted delicious the day I baked it, but somehow it tasted even better the next day! This coffee cake was bursting with flavors coming from butter, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Moist Coffee Loaf Cake
I usually make my coffee cakes in a 9-inch round pan, but I wanted to add Hight and fill it with streusel for extra yumminess. I went ahead and sprinkled some of the streusels on the cake to make it look beautiful from the inside and out.
The amount of sugar I used was reasonable, the sweetness of this coffee loaf cake is very much balanced. I am thinking of adding orange or lemon zest to the batter next time I bake it, just to experiment.

Making A Coffee Cake
Back to the coffee loaf cake. I know that some prefer the streusel to be on the cake and not in the cake. For those who love streusel, you can add all the streusel on top of this coffee cake too. Pour the cake batter and sprinkle the streusel on top, but never press the streusel down or else it will sink in the middle of the cake.
